MCMA Conference Update
How to register, hotel info, banquet info, "Of the Year" Awards

With the spring conference right around the corner, I want to ensure that everyone has the necessary information.
How to register:
I sent an invoice a few weeks ago to all the e-mail addresses that I have. Quite a few e-mails bounced back. Anyway, each school needs to fill out the invoice and return it to me as soon as possible. I need a number, both for the conference itself, as well as the banquet. I am attaching the invoice, so you can print it and sent it in. The cost of the conference is $40/person. This includes the banquet dinner. If you have any questions, just ask.
Hotel info:
The Hampton Inn has a block of rooms set aside for us. The phone number is 816-347-8600. The code is "MCM." The rate is $89/room. This includes a hot breakfast. The hotel is about one mile from the conference site, as well as the banquet site. It has easy access to/from the highway. The block of rooms goes back into inventory March 28. They will honor that price for any additional rooms, if they are available after that date.
Banquet info:
The banquet will at Garozzo's Italian Restaurant. It will be a buffet. If anyone has any food allergies or restrictions, please let me know as soon as possible.
"Of the Year" Awards:
I also sent out info on the "Of the Year" Awards and requirements. This information needs to be postmarked by March 25.
