Hi all MCMA members,
For those of you who were unable to attend the spring convention, I am Kate Drolet, the 2005-2006 president elect. Thanks again to everyone who supported me. I am excited to serve you all this year, along with Vice President Brian Heyman and Secretary Jerome Boettcher.
I'm still learning to navigate this website, but once I've got the hang of things you can look for regular updates.
As a refresher, here are the five goals I would like to meet this year:
1) Reinstate the quarterly newsletter as outlined in Article X
2) Continue the display board presentation at the spring convention
3) Create an open forum for member schools to discuss problems,
events, etc.
4) Update MCMA online on at least a monthly basis
5) Look into reestablishing the Career Fair at the spring convention.
I welcome any and all suggestions, concerns, questions and comments. I want to lead MCMA with input from every member school, so I look forward to hearing from you.
