Please fill out one form per publication and send it to Sarah Hale, Re: MCMA Registration/Banquet, The University News, BSC Suite 354, 20 N. Grand Blvd, St. Louis, Mo. 63103.
Full payment for meals must be included with the form. Publications must pay for each reserved banquet seat, regardless of April 18 attendance. The banquet fee is $35 per person.
Members will enjoy Saint Louis University's top-of-the-line Fleur de Lis buffet, which includes a field greens salad, prime rib, herb baked chicken, penne primavera in tomato cream sauce, pecan mashed sweet potatoes, a julienne vegetable medley, freshly baked dinner rolls and flourless chocolate cake.
A cash bar will be available prior to the banquet for members 21 years and older.
Completed forms and banquet payments are due by April 1.
