Along with contest entries, each institution participating in the 2008-09 Missouri College Media Association awards must send in a membership form and annual dues of $150.

The attached membership form is updated with correct ZIP code and account information.

Membership form and dues should be postmarked by Jan. 31, 2009.

Please send the membership form and dues check together to the following address.
